Payment options

All prices are in Canadian dollars.

Secure options

Paypal checkout - Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover
Crow Creative accepts Paypal, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX & Discover) and Interac e-Transfer.

:: Paypal ::
Crow Creative accepts credit card and PayPal payments using Paypal’s payment processing services on paypal.com. You will directed to paypal.com to pay and once processed and completed you are returned to the Crow Creative website for payment confirmation. A Paypal account is not required.

:: Interac e-Transfer ::
This payment option is only available to Canadian customers. For e-transfers, use admin@crowcreative.ca and set the Order id as the password. Your order will not be processed or shipped until the funds have cleared in my account. You will be notified once your payment has been cleared and the order has begun processing.

E-transfers must be received within 48 hours of placing your order; if payment is not received, the order will be cancelled and the item will be added back to the online store/shop. Please contact me at admin@crowcreative.ca if you have any questions or concerns.

 

Shipping / Delivery

Order processing time

The time needed to prepare an order for dispatch varies. Some items are made to order and others are ready-made.

  • All Handbags and Pillows are ready-made and will be processed as soon as I receive your order. Your order will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase/payment.
  • Most prints are made to order and are created as soon as we receive your order. It will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days from the date of purchase/payment.
    Some canvas prints are ready made and will be processed and shipped in 1-3 business days from the date of purchase/payment. You can find the order processing time on each items page in the shop.
  • Large orders with multiple items may take longer and may be subject to reduced shipping costs. I will contact you immediately with processing times and details.
  • If you need your purchase shipped more quickly, please contact me and I will try my best to accommodate your request.
General shipping details
  • All goods are shipped via Canada Post.
  • All shipping options except for notebooks include tracking, delivery confirmation and insurance coverage. Notebooks can be shipped via Lettermail.
    For goods valued at $100 CAD and above, including shipping, Signature confirmation will be required.
  • I ship in sturdy, secure, stay flat packaging, decorated with “Do Not Bend” stamps.
  • All shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
  • I currently ship to select countries. If you are unable to select your country for Shipping, please contact me to see what may be arranged.

:: Customs and import taxes ::

  • Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
  • I am not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns & Exchanges

I accept returns and exchanges for most items
  • Contact me within 14 days of delivery to receive a replacement/exchange or return/refund.
  • Items must be shipped back within: 30 days of delivery.
  • All shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
  • Postage, handling, and restocking fees may apply.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • To complete your return or exchange, I require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Digital downloads

:: Conditions of returned or exchanged item(s) ::

  • In order to exchange or return purchased goods they must be in a fully re-saleable condition.
  • If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value and a partial refund may be issued.
  • Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.
  • I am not responsible for any lost or damage package/s when returning the item. I suggest you take a photo of the item before packaging it for return.
  • I ask and require that you get signature confirmation and tracking to ensure your package is received by me, Julie Hopkins @ Crow Creative.
Returns/Refunds

To be eligible for a return/refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
  • Your original method of payment also affects the refund time:
    • Credit card (including PayPal Credit) or Debit card: Your refund will show up on your physical credit card or debit card balance, within 30 days from the time you send a refund request.
    • Paypal balance: The refund will show up on your PayPal balance the same day it was issued.
    • Bank account: Your refund will initially be credited to your PayPal balance, but it will then be transferred automatically to your bank account. The estimated time for the funds to appear on your bank account is three to five business days.
    • Interac E-transfer: I will send you an Interac E-transfer back to the original e-mail used in the payment, unless another e-mail account is arranged.
    • Note: You can expect your money to be refunded in the currency you used for payment. If PayPal is unable to refund in the same currency or in your primary holding currency, you will be refunded in U.S. dollars.

:: Late or missing refunds ::

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account, Credit Card company or check your PayPal account to see if the refund is complete. As there is often some processing time before a refund is posted it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact me at admin@crowcreative.ca.

Cancellations

I accept cancellations

If you would like to cancel your order:

  • You must contact me within 24 hours of purchase.
  • I am unable to cancel any orders once they have shipped or after 24 hours.

Currency, Customs and Taxes

All Prices are in Canadian Dollars. You can use a currency converter to get the current exchange rates.

All orders sent to a Canadian address are subject to taxes according to provincial and federal tax rules as we are required by law.

There are no taxes charged by me/Crow Creative for orders sent to the United States or to any other country; however, goods may be subject to duties.

  • Purchasers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
  • I am not responsible for errors on the part of the buyer, such as errors in the shipping address provided.
  • I am not responsible for delays due to customs.

Frequently asked questions

What happens if my order has not arrived in the estimated time frame?

All shipping options come with tracking, delivery confirmation and insurance coverage.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please check the tracking of the package.

Wait one more week, if the package still has not arrived contact me and I can resolve the issue.


What if my goods arrive damaged?

This situation is a rare occurrence as I take care in packaging the items securely.

  • I am not responsible for any damages that may occur in transit. If items are damaged in-transit, please contact me immediately. An insurance claim will be filed. Please keep all damaged packaging and take clear photographs of the damaged items and packaging. Refunds and re-shipments for damaged item(s) cannot be processed without damaged packaging and photos of the damage.
  • Damaged items and packaging must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery.
  • You must contact me within 14 days from date of delivery to receive a replacement or exchange.
  • All shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.

Custom Orders, Wholesale and Licensing

I do offer custom/commissioned services. I may be able to incorporate older or sentimental fabric/clothing that you would like upcycled into a new item. E-mail me with any inquiries or ideas. I’d love to talk with you.

Are there any shipping savings when ordering multiple items?

When ordering multiple items to the same address, a portion of the shipping costs may be refunded. I will message you with the details once I begin processing the order.

I am a small business owner who produces from a studio inside my home. I live with two dogs who are not hypo allergenic. I make every effort to ensure the items are free from animal hair or dander and are clean; however, they may be exposed to these allergens.
