All orders sent to a Canadian address are subject to taxes according to provincial and federal tax rules as we are required by law. What happens if my order has not arrived in the estimated time frame?All shipping options come with tracking, delivery confirmation and insurance coverage. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please check the tracking of the package. Wait one more week, if the package still has not arrived contact me and I can resolve the issue. What if my goods arrive damaged?This situation is a rare occurrence as I take care in packaging the items securely.
Custom Orders, Wholesale and LicensingI do offer custom/commissioned services. I may be able to incorporate older or sentimental fabric/clothing that you would like upcycled into a new item.
