PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE (“AGREEMENT” OR “TERMS OF USE”) CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE WEBSITE AND SERVICES OFFERED BY CROW CREATIVE. THIS AGREEMENT SETS FORTH THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE AT HTTPS://WWW.CROWCREATIVE.CA (THE “SITE”) AND ALL SERVICES PROVIDED BY CROW CREATIVE ON THE SITE.
By using the Site in any manner, including but not limited to visiting or browsing the Site, you (the “user” or “you”) agree to be bound by this Agreement, including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. This Agreement applies to all users of the Site. Your continued use of the Crow Creative site following the posting of changes to these terms will mean you accept those changes. If you do not want to accept the following terms and conditions, do not use the Crow Creative website.
Services
These Terms may change from time to time. If Crow Creative make changes, we will let you know by posting the changes on our website. Your use of the Site after we post any changes to these Terms constitutes your agreement to those changes. You agree to review these Terms periodically to ensure that you are familiar with the most recent version. Crow Creative may, in its sole discretion, and at any time, discontinue the Site or any part thereof, with or without notice, or may prevent your use of the Site with or without notice to you. You agree that you do not have any rights in the Site and that Crow Creative will have no liability to you if the Site is discontinued or your ability to access this Site or any content you may have posted on the Site is terminated.

Access and Interference
You agree that you will not use take any action that imposes, or may impose, in Crow Creative’ sole discretion, an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on Crow Creative’ infrastructure. Additionally, you agree not to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Site or any activities conducted on the Site.
Copyright/Permission to Reproduce
The material on the website is covered by the provisions of the Copyright Act, by Canadian laws, policies, regulations and international agreements. Such provisions serve to identify the information source and, in specific instances, to prohibit reproduction of materials without written permission.

By visiting the Site, the User does not acquire or obtain by implication or otherwise, any license or right to use or make additional copies of any materials or information displayed on the Site. By visiting the Site, you agree not to display or use any Content or third party content located on the Site in any publications, in public performances, for any commercial purpose, in any other manner that is likely to cause confusion among consumers, that disparages or discredits Crow Creative and, that dilutes the strength of Crow Creative, or that otherwise infringes Crow Creative’s intellectual property rights.
Crow Creative understands that from time to time you may wish to use the Crow Creative marks, and hereby grants you this limited license to use Crow Creative marks subject to the following terms:
- You many make fair use of Crow Creative’ marks. Crow Creative supports free speech and you do not need permission to make legitimate commentary about Crow Creative, the company, or Crow Creative’ services.
- You many not use any trademarks, service marks, designs or logos that are confusingly similar to Crow Creative marks or the look and feel of the Crow Creative website.
- You may not use the Crow Creative marks in any way or on any website that contains or promotes adult content, gambling, or otherwise violates applicable law or regulation.
- You may not use the Crow Creative’ marks in a manner that is in Crow Creative ‘sole opinion misleading, unfair, defamatory, infringing, libelous, disparaging, tarnishing, obscene or otherwise objectionable to Crow Creative.
You agree that if you violate this prohibition, we will pursue all of our legal remedies. You will be responsible for any losses or fees that Crow Creative may incur because of your violation. Governing law, jurisdiction and taxes
In using this Site you accept that any disputes, claims, complaints or actions you may choose to advance arising from your use of the website will be decided by Courts established under and applying the laws of Ontario and Canada. These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada.

Crow Creative pledges to protect your right to privacy. We offer this privacy statement to demonstrate our commitment to the privacy of institutions, agencies, corporations and individuals who may contact us or participate in surveys or subscription services or other forms of stakeholder contact.
User contributions and interactive spaces
This website provides spaces for the discussion of issues and access to various communications facilities. The user agrees, when using such facilities, that its communications shall be proper and related to the relevant issues. The user will not communicate anything that is defamatory, unlawful, obscene, or threatening. The user will not upload or attach files where it would be unlawful to do so or which are corrupt, contain viruses, or would otherwise be technically harmful. The user will include proper notice of ownership and rights attached to material s/he provides and respect the intellectual property rights of others. The user will not advertise, attempt to sell goods, or distribute contests, chain letters, or surveys through this website. Severability
If any provision of these Terms are held unenforceable, then such provision will be modified to reflect the parties’ intention. All remaining provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect.
No Agency
Both you and Crow Creative acknowledge and agree that no partnership is formed. Neither you nor Crow Creative has the power or the authority to obligate or bind the other.
